Having browsed through the archives (and done some more tests) here is
what I've found:

1. The Kingston CFs are essentialy Toshiba CFs (which is what the
net4501 BIOS is reporting)

2. Almost everyone has problems with these when trying to boot a *BSD

3. It seems that the problem is solved when using the correct
bootblocks, as pointed out here:

However, this URL is not available.  So does anyone have these
bootblocks?
