Looks like a 5 V card to me. Judging from the image, it wouldn't even fit
in the net4501's PCI slot (notch in the wrong place).
I can confirm that the AVM FritzCard PCI v2.0 (and only v2.0) works in a
net4501, though (the v1.0 was 5 V, so it didn't work, but the v2.0 is 3.3
V and works like a charm for me). I use it with AVM's CAPI driver under
Linux (hint: the [experimental] ISDN4Linux driver doesn't seem to work
well - it always panics the kernel upon hangup). It's fast enough to run
voice stuff over it without any noticeable delay...
