[Soekris] Factory Reset

I am using a Soekris net4521 running Linux Slackware as an 802.11 AP.

Here is my problem:

The box is setup so the AP owner can configure the box via a web interface.
Owners logon as Admin with Password Foo, for example. For security reasons
Admins are encouraged to change the Admin password when they logon the first
time. Here is the rub: once the password is changed, if they forget the
password they are in trouble.

I need a way to allow users to do a hardware reset that restores the
original password (Foo). Most commercial APs have a reset button that you
hold while you cycle the power for this very purpose.

Any suggestions?
