Yep, having that same discussion on the hostap list, actually, and the 
problem is probably more the fact that it requires a different 802.11 MAC 
header format (and firmware support for it) than the driver itself.

I think I've seen references to it actually working on that list. Of 
course, you need another WDS-compatible AP to connect to at the other end...
