| in /usr/share/sendmail/cf/openbsd-proto.mc, then 'make openbsd-proto.cf'.
| Copy openbsd-proto.cf to /etc/mail/sendmail.cf, restart sendmail

| I would note that "make" did not work as specified here, but by reading
| the Makefile /usr/share/sendmail/cf/Makefile I found the command:

| "m4 ../m4/cf.m4 file.mc > file.cf"

| and that created my file.cf. Then it was simply a matter of copying
| file.cf to /etc/mail/sendmail.cf
