[Soekris] eth0 warning in linux: "increased Tx theshold"

It means that the PCI bus can't keep up with the Ethernet chip when
the Ethernet chip does overlapping DMA to increase performance.
It's well known that the SC520 used in the net4501 has a wimpy PCI bus.
