[Soekris] eth0 warning in linux: "increased Tx theshold"

I am running stock linux 2.4.19 on net4501.  I am connecting eth0 to
100/10 hub (or switch).  I see the following warnings.  Does anybody
know what the cause is?  Is it harmful?
