[Soekris] 4521 reboots

I'd expect that you need to look for a linux conf/code problem; rather
than a hardware one;  FreeBSD-4.5 diskbooted does not give any trouble
with a Microticek, Netgear a and linksys/hilay card. All Prism 2.5 based.
