[Soekris] Turning the net4521 into an access point

I've looked around some, and found card and ruber ducky antenna I'd like 
to use. The only missing piece is a MMCX-to-RP-TNC-male pigtail? Anyone 
know a source? (Or alternatively, a rubber ducky with a standard N 
connector?)
